We had a simple and yet fabulous Christmas last year. We had a family dinner on the Christmas Eve. My dear Mom was the Santa Clause in the family because she brought us all presents. That was really unexpected but it made our night lol.

As for our little Azumi who was barely a year younger then (14 months old) definitely had a blast. There were so much for her and Ryukun to look at and put in their mouths. They were on their own world nonstop playing and giggling. What do you expect with toddlers? It felt good though because I have had 2 quiet (and yet romantic) Christmas from the previous years.

On the Christmas day, we went out to see a Christmas Illumination at Tama Center.



Nothing really beats celebrating the holidays in our homeland. I miss celebrating it with my huge number of family in the Philippines.

Last week, our little kawaii princess has turned TWO. We had a simple and yet so much fun celebration with some loveones and friends. It was fun to see her so energetic, showing off her skills and silliness, together with her equally energetic cousin Ryukun. Her BFF Miki Chan came to join too..

Compared to last year's birthday, it wasn't that tiring. Mom and cousin Kristal brought delicious foods and cake. ( Special Thanks to my mom, cousin Kristal and Shacho San :) ).

The best part about this party had to be the anticipation in Anzu's eyes during the long wait of candle blowing and eating because of the endless picture taking lol. Anzu just couldn't wait so she was grabbing the cake to taste while we were busy taking photos..



I love parties.. may it be too simple or simple. What I love most about it is the laugh and chitchats with friends and loveones.

Can't wait for the BIG 2 Day part 2...

Last week (6/11) we drove to the other side of Yokohama, which is rather a more quiet city than the other cities of Yokohama that we often go -almost 2 hours away from Tokyo. We stayed there to celebrate our 3rd year Anniversary, and visit the illustrious "Aqua Museum", the Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, on the next day.

As expected, we had a fun-filled day, especially the little Girl whom didn't want to be held most of the time (imagine how much calories I lost). I couldn't even take a decent photo of her coz she was busy looking around the different kinds of Sea Animals.

It was actually my second time to visit this paradise. I was surprised coz it did changed a lot after 7 years. Much bigger and more attractions that kids and even adults would love. There were less crowd so the entrance lines for attractions were incredibly short.

I think this is the perfect place for a nice and relaxing date with (a) loveone(s) or a family day on a weekend (if you're into Nature) .

It's been half a year since my little girl's big FIRST BIRTHDAY.

Wasn’t it only yesterday that I was excited to write about her big milestone which was "army crawling" during the time she was 7 months??? AND eversince then, she's been a cutie little baby crawling all over the place, unstoppable... giggling over some silly things... eating whatever she gets... (more on baby milestones

Now she's this full-on kid who has been attending a Pre-school class once a week... baby talks to us as if we're having real conversations... loves dogs and going to the parks, addicted to slides... sings ABC well and gracefully dances whenever she hears music. It feels like it happened overnight.... haayyy sounds cliche but time really flies...

Maybe we are having so much fun that I feel like all I do is blink and suddenly weeks and months have gone by. It's amazing how time flies with our baby girl! Honeyb and I are so proud of what she has become and looking happily forward on what she's in the making...

What's up with our lil ANZU these days? She's been really talking alot. I guess she realized it's cool and pretty much has never stopped lol. I don't know exactly when she bagan to repeat words we say but she could really pronounce some words well, such as

We're having so much fun. She can really communicate so well. I could even make "utos" sometimes lol (more time to improve pa with that).

I'M glad she enjoys her class (which is every tuesday). The teacher seems to have become fond of her coz she listens and talks to her after class.. she's just so sweet even to her classmates. I feel so proud

Short Update:

Sounds cliche (and every moms always say this) Time really flies -- my baby who is now a lil girl is so ready to attend her first day in Pre-school tomorrow (later, march 2)... gosh, i feel ---hmm mix emotions again.. but I'm excited..

I hope you were able to spend time with your family and friends. Anzu and I together with my Mom went to a Christmas Party on the 23rd. We had an awesome and peaceful celebration during the Christmas Eve. And went to an Illumination Park on the Christmas Day.

Well, seriously, I think this has been the busiest Christmas I've ever had. We had a real tiring Christmas Shopping Rush and yet so lucky we got our xmas decors for 50% off. Hubby have to work so I did all the chores, from cleaning ( while Azumi kept on cluttering at times ) to eradicating all the clutters (which i havent finished yet but I have to be done before new year ), and christmas decorating. SO tiring and yet I had fun. Of course there's still something to look forward inspite of our cancelled homecoming. This would gonna be the first Christmas where Azumi would actually be able to enjoy Christmas with her cousin and family around. She was still 2 months old when we had our first Christmas

Sure Anzu had so much fun with her equally hyper cousin Ryukun.. I can't even take a decent photos of them because they were running around and shouting.

Going to malls is a leisure time for me and my dolly princess. We could spend half a day by window shopping and mall hopping. I take it as the easiest form of my exercise since it takes long hours of walking without even noticing it lol.

Lil Anzu loves being outside. She's always been coopertive and behave. She can be noisy sometimes but it's cute. She loves looking around and enjoys the attention she gets from strangers lol How couldn't they notice her? She smiles and wave her hands to say 'HI' at everyone who looks at her. She has already become the darling of baby Gap staffs. I never really had hard time being with her during shopping. She falls asleep in her stroller and seems so comfortable and peaceful. When it's time for nappy change and feeding, there are Baby Rooms available with complete Baby Facilities. Everything is so convenient.

That's why going to malls has became our official "Leisure time" (without honey lol)

I just hope that my lil girl stays as behave as she is in the coming months... Now that she can walk, you know--- toddlers could be so aggressive and energetic.

Eversince our lil kawaii princess turned 7months, she spontanously keeps on discovering a lot of new skills . Luckily, Yours Truly has documented it all, just didn't have time to post some of the funny skills. There are always great surprises almost every week . There were imperfect moments from time to time though, but she's totally an amazingly sweet baby . I chuckled to myself sometimes whenever I think of the funny things she did , the way she plays with her Grandma's dog, her comically standing up routine, her running style with her walker, her baby talks, the way she entertains everybody with her "talents", even with the strangers... She can even carry a tune, she sings out of blue .

She has learned to communicate alot and keeps on improving everyday.. I thank God for her being a baby with full of life and spirit. She always can have us laughing hysterically.

This week, She finally perfectly pulled herself up to stand. Although she has been already trying during her 6-8 months, but I deter her from doing it, thinking her bones were still soft .







ANYWAYS... I was thinking about changing my domain since Im having trouble logging in to labambita.com's cpanel. It will expire next month and yet still haven't received any email notification from google/blogger team. Im not really familiar with domain renewals in blogger. I think they suck when it comes to this coz I read alot of bloggers who have the same sentiments.

I was also considering changing to WP but then I realized that blogger is a better platform for my babyblog since it has features that WP doesn't have, I also don't have to back up. AT SYEMPRE, most of the nice OL mommies that I met, are from here

I'll let you know...Timingly, I'll be having thanksgiving giveaways, still deciding about the mechanics.. WATCH OUT.

My lil dolly princess just lurves being in water . There were times she screams when we take her out of the bath. It's almost summer here . Well I think it's already begun because it's real hotty during afternoon .

One of these days, I'm gonna introduced to her another form of water fun . Good Granny Baba bought her a kiddie pool last week （ありがとう　おかあさん ）　Our lil dolly has always been showered with gifts whenever her grannies visit her... (sana ako din ..)

Changing season means SUPER SALE! ..my favorite thing every season. I bought Anzu her first bathing suit from Baby Gap ...

Anyways, enjoy watching her Baby Bath music video, and check out her new Shampoo hat which made it easier for me to rinse her. It's a foam disc with a hole in the middle for your baby’s noggin. You wash and rinse the hair while keeping your child’s eyes and ears protected. Very helpful especially when you're baby is super malikot
